• Life-time grazed – born and lived on Karoo veld, under our careful, regenerative management.

• Never fed grain – ruminants don’t naturally require grain

• Slow grown – >1000 days grazed

• Completely traceable – only ever lived on our farm, situated in the MZCPE, a legislated protected environment surrounding two National Parks

• Respectfully treated – by experienced stockmen

• Sustainably produced – as our happy cows calve year after year

• Nguni genetics – proudly indigenous and perfectly adapted to our environment

• Slaughtered at a registered abattoir

• Aged for at least seven days post slaughter
